Costs and delivery times

COST EVALUATION

We evaluate the costs of your translation free of charge. Simply bring the text you would like to have translated to our office or send it to us by e-mail or fax together with a completed cost valuation form (PDF | DOC). We shall inform you within a few minutes about the translation costs and the delivery time.

The translation costs are calculated based on:

the source language and the target language of the translation
the specificity of the text to be translated
the delivery time

Translation

general and specialized translations
One standard page contains 1500 characters including spaces.
certified translations
In accordance with the legal regulations, one standard page contains 1125 characters including spaces.

Delivery times:

standard delivery - translation of up to 5 standard pages per day
express delivery - translation of 6 to 10 standard pages per day (+50% of the price)
super express delivery - translation of over 10 standard pages per day and any translation performed and delivered on the day of submission (+100% of the price)

INTERPRETATION

Consecutive interpretation
1. The cost of consecutive interpreting is calculated per hour; every commenced hour of interpreting is counted as a full hour.
2. The minimum fee for consecutive interpreting per day is equal to a 2-hour rate.
Simultaneous interpretation
1. The cost of simultaneous interpreting is calculated per hour; every commenced hour of interpreting is counted as a full hour.
2. The minimum fee for simultaneous interpreting per day is equal to a 4-hour rate.
